He's a senile old man with a sun for a head. Supposedly he's friends with a guy named Mr. Moon, but we don't know much else:

He's got fire powers, fire resistance, and if he dies, he explodes into a giant violent nuclear explosion. He's very nice and never seems to do anything with his powers often. He got tricked into entering by neighborhood kids. He talks like Paul Lynde.
